"It’s great, no stomach issues, no weird jitters with the “energy drink”. Main thing that bothers me while doing long distances is water gets foamy while running. This has the least notable amount and it’s great. Flavors are pretty good as well, can’t really complain about any of it. I’d say add creatine or some nootropic to the energy drink while maintaining an affordable product."
