We recommend that you use Race Energy Hydration Sachets 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to training sessions. 

Caffeine is a stimulant and may interfere with sleep if consumed in the evening. However, research shows that a combination of L-Theanine with lower doses of caffeine can offset the stimulating effects of caffeine and thus not be as detrimental to sleep. 

For maximum efficacy, we recommend that you add 1 sachet to 500ml-1L / 17-32OZ of Water.
