When to use the Core Hydration Drink
The Core Hydration Drink can be used at any time of the day.
We are generally more dehydrated upon waking, so you may find some benefit to consuming our hydration drinks first thing in the morning.
We also suggest that you use Cadence 30 minutes before, during, or immediately after high intensity training to replace the fluids and electrolytes lost in sweat.

The Core Hydration Drink contains three key electrolytes: Sodium, Potassium, and Magnesium, formulated to support hydration and electrolyte balance in the body.

Electrolyte consumption is highly dependent on the individual. It is important to note that Cadence is meant to supplement your electrolyte intake; it should not be your sole source of electrolytes. We recommend that you acquire most of your electrolytes from whole food sources, however you can supplement with 2 -3 cans per day, depending on your activity level.
