When To Use Daily Hydration Sachets
Daily Hydration Sachets can be used any time of the day.
We are generally more dehydrated upon waking, so you may find some benefit to consuming Core Hydration first thing in the morning.
We also suggest that you use these sachets 30 minutes before, during, or immediately after high intensity training to replace the fluids and electrolytes lost in sweat.
For maximum efficacy, we recommend that you mix one sachet with 500ml-1L/16-32OZ of water.
Daily Hydration Sachets contain three key electrolytes in bioavailable forms: Sodium, Potassium, and Magnesium, scientifically formulated to optimise hydration, and improve mental and physical performance.
You can fully rehydrate within 30 minutes with sufficient fluid and electrolytes.

Exercising at moderate to high intensities can result in significant electrolyte losses and electrolyte imbalances, which can negatively impact mental and physical performance. Water alone is not able to replace those electrolytes. Daily Hydration electrolyte sachets are specifically designed to rapidly restore electrolyte balance and optimise cellular hydration.
We recommend that you add 1 sachet to 500ml-1L of water.
Individual electrolyte requirements vary significantly. They are dependent upon factors such as sweat rate, sweat electrolyte composition, activity levels, training intensity, environmental conditions and more.
It is important to note that Daily Hydration is meant to supplement your electrolyte intake; it should not be your sole source of electrolytes.
A well balanced daily diet is likely to provide a significant amount of your electrolyte requirements and we highly recommend a food-first approach. However, you can supplement with 1-4 sachets per day, depending on your activity level. For any specific guidance on daily salt and electrolytes intake, you should consult your doctor.
