No purchase necessary. There are two ways to enter: one with purchase and one without purchase.

During the Promotion Period:

1. Buy a Cadence can in a physical H&B store in the UK; and
   
2. Submit your entry via the official entry form at https://usecadence.com/pages/holland-and-barrett-giveaway, including a clear photo/scan of your receipt and completing all required fields.
   

Receipts must be legible and show the date/time, store details, and the Cadence product purchased.

During the Promotion Period:

1. Visit a physical H&B store in the UK;
   
2. Post an Instagram Story featuring an in-store photo of a Cadence can (no purchase required);
   
3. Tag @cadence and @hollandandbarrett; and
   
4. Submit your entry via the official entry form at https://usecadence.com/pages/holland-and-barrett-giveaway, including a screenshot of your Story and completing all required fields.
   

If your Instagram account is private, you can still enter by uploading the Story screenshot via the entry form.

There are 30 prizes in total:

Main prize (5 winners): “Cadence for a year”

• 1 case of Cadence cans per month for 12 months (12 deliveries total).

Runners-up (25 winners):

• Hydration Sachet Variety Pack (30 sachets).
  
• Approx. value: £34.99.
  

No cash alternative. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be entered into a random prize draw. The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date using a method that is demonstrably random and fair.

Winners will be contacted via the details provided on the entry form week commencing Mrch 2nd. Winners must respond within 7 days of first contact to claim their prize and provide any information required for delivery/verification.

• Runners-up prizes: dispatched within 14 days of winner verification.
  
• Main prizes: first monthly case dispatched within 14 days of verification, then monthly for a further 11 months.
  

Delivery is to UK addresses only. The Promoter is not responsible for delays outside its reasonable control (e.g., courier delays).

Entries must be complete and submitted via the official entry form. The Promoter may reject or disqualify entries if they are:

• incomplete, illegible, late, or not submitted via the official form;
  
• supported by receipts/screenshots that are altered, unclear, falsified, or otherwise invalid;
  
• generated by automation, scripts, bulk entry services, or any unfair means;
  
• associated with Instagram content that is offensive, unsafe, misleading, infringes third-party rights, or breaches applicable platform rules.
  

The Promoter’s decision is final.

The Promoter will use personal data to administer the Promotion (validate entries, contact winners, deliver prizes) and for fraud prevention and compliance. Data may be shared with fulfilment partners/couriers only as necessary to deliver prizes.

The Promoter is not responsible for technical failures outside its reasonable control that prevent entry or participation. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Residents of Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts where applicable.
