How quickly can I rehydrate with Core 500?

You can fully rehydrate within 30 minutes with sufficient fluid and electrolytes.

When should I take Core 500 Sachets?

Core 500 Sachets can be used any time of the day. 

We are generally more dehydrated upon waking, so you may find some benefit to consuming Core 500 first thing in the morning. 

We also suggest that you use it 30 minutes before, during, or immediately after high intensity training to replace the fluids and electrolytes lost in sweat.

For maximum efficacy, we recommend that you mix one sachet with 500ml-1L/16-32OZ of water.

When should I take Race 500 Sachets?

Race 500 Sachets are for before high intensity training.

We are generally more dehydrated upon waking, so you may find some benefit to consuming Race 500 first thing in the morning. 

We also suggest that you use Race 500 30 minutes before high intensity training to replace the fluids and electrolytes lost in sweat.

For maximum efficacy, we recommend that you mix one sachet with 500ml-1L/16-32OZ of water.

When should I take Recover Sleep Sachets?

Our Sleep Formula has been specifically developed to aid nighttime hydration, sleep and recovery.

We recommend consuming one sachet 60 minutes before bed for maximum efficacy.

Consuming large volumes of fluid prior to sleep is not recommended. So we suggest mixing one sachet with 300-350ml / 12 oz of water.
