Cadence™ Hydration Sachets contain three key electrolytes in bioavailable forms: Sodium (as salt/sodium chloride), Potassium (as potassium chloride), and Magnesium (as marine magnesium citrate), scientifically formulated to optimise hydration, and improve mental and physical performance.
Why is hydration with Cadence™ Hydration Sachets better than drinking plain water?
Exercising at moderate to high intensities can result in significant electrolyte losses and electrolyte imbalances, which can negatively impact mental and physical performance. Water alone is not able to replace those electrolytes. Cadence™ hydration sachets are specifically designed to rapidly restore electrolyte balance and optimise cellular hydration.
When should I take Cadence™ Core Hydration Sachets
Cadence™ Core Hydration Sachets can be used any time of the day.
We are generally more dehydrated upon waking, so you may find some benefit to consuming Cadence™ Core Hydration first thing in the morning.
We also suggest that you use Cadence™ 30 minutes before, during, or immediately after high intensity training to replace the fluids and electrolytes lost in sweat.
For maximum efficacy, we recommend that you mix one sachet with 500ml-1L/16-32OZ of water.
When should I take Cadence™ Energy Hydration Sachets
Our Energy Hydration Formula has been specifically developed to maximise hydration and energy whenever you need it most.
We recommend that you use Cadence™ Energy Hydration Sachets 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to training sessions.
Caffeine is a stimulant and may interfere with sleep if consumed in the evening. However, research shows that a combination of L-Theanine with lower doses of caffeine can offset the stimulating effects of caffeine and thus not be as detrimental to sleep.
For maximum efficacy, we recommend that you add 1 sachet to 500ml-1L / 17-32OZ of Water.
When should I take Cadence™ Sleep Hydration Sachets?
Our Sleep Hydration Formula has been specifically developed to aid nighttime hydration, sleep and recovery.
We recommend consuming one sachet 60 minutes before bed for maximum efficacy.
Consuming large volumes of fluid prior to sleep is not recommended. So we suggest mixing one sachet with 300-350ml / 12 oz of water.
